In Latin dance styles, every step tells a story with the imagination filling up the dance: the Cha-Cha is a mischievous dance that tells a "boy meet girls, girls meet boys" story; the Samba is a dance full of laughter and stifling sense; the Rumba is a famous dance of love highlighting unity and division in a relationship; the waltz, the dance for married couples' anniversary dance. African dance is usually about socialising, warfare and initiation.
